Since 1996, Vessel, under the direction of Rachel Bowditch, has been creating site-specific 'atmospheric' performances which transform the street into a stage for large-scale public art events and festivals in New York City, Philadelphia, France, and Arizona from Times Square, Grand Central, and Central Park.
